Each nylon DE state flag is hand stretched and can be purchased in a distressed light reclaimed wood (as featured) or a dark custom stained reclaimed wood. These DE state flags measure 24 x 36 inches and are set in a 28 x 38 inch frame. Or display your pride in Delaware in an even bigger way by choosing a 3 foot by 5 foot reclaimed wood frame (measures 37 x 61 inches overall). Mounting hardware is attached. Our reclaimed wood frames are made from enviro-friendly recycled old wood. The aged wood combined with the coloring and fabric of the nylon flag produces a beautiful decorator wall decor accent piece. Glass is not currently included so that the flag details and contrast is more visible. (Note: We do not provide glass coverings however space is available within the frame to have glass purchased locally inserted after purchase.)

Delaware state flag framed meaning

The flag of the state of Delaware displays the state coat of arms inside a buff-colored diamond. The diamond is surrounded by a field of colonial blue. The date, December 7, 1787, displayed underneath the diamond is the date that Delaware became the first state to ratify the U.S. Constitution. The colors of the flag are based on the colors of the uniform of George Washington.
