Holiday Shipping Status – Due to higher shipping volumes at this time of year, as of Tuesday, December 19th, most orders placed will not arrive in time for Christmas but should arrive between Christmas and New Year’s or after January 1st. We cannot guarantee delivery dates but there is always a possibility an order will arrive sooner than expected. We are working very hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible and all orders are shipping regular ground (we do not ship expedited).
For your convenience we have listed the item categories below with information on ESTIMATED delivery times for 2023 Holiday Shipping. Please note: we are not responsible for delays in shipper transit times.
Tooled Leather Bags – Most items are still in stock (with some colors out of stock). Orders usually ship out between 1 to 3 business days of receiving the order and take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US.
Smooth Leather Bags – Non-Embossed (plain) items ordered may still ship prior to Christmas but may not arrive in time for Christmas. Orders will not ship after December 21st and the warehouse will begin shipping again after it reopens on January 7th.
Texas Luxury Pens – We have some pens in stock and they usually ship out between 1 to 7 days of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US.
Wooden Storage Cubbies – These are custom made and usually take 2 to 3 weeks production time plus shipping prep. Orders placed as of December 18th will arrive in January.
Sky Ranch Dinnerware – Most items are in stock and usually ship out between 2 to 7 days of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US.
Rodeo Dinnerware – Most items are in stock and usually ship out between 1 to 7 days of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US.
Antiqued Cotton Flags – Most flags and flag sizes are in stock and usually ship out between 3 to 7 days of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US.
Framed Texas and US Flags – Due to heavy demand in our workroom, most items usually ship out between 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US. Add one week if the flag is out of stock.
Framed Maps Republic of Texas – Most items are in stock and usually ship out between 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US.
Framed Texas Maps by Chris Smith – Many items are in stock and usually ship out between 1 to 2 weeks of receiving the order and take between 1 to 4 days to arrive depending on where shipped to in the US. Add one week for maps not in stock.
Engraving on Pens, Pen Boxes, and Cutting Boards – Engraving alone is estimated to take at least two weeks this time of year and may delay delivery of your item until after Christmas. If you are hoping to get an item by Christmas, we recommend ordering items without engraving and having them engraved locally.

Our office will be closed Dec. 23 – 25 but you can still place your order online 24/7! We will begin processing orders again on Tuesday, Dec. 26th for after Christmas or January delivery.
