Large Sculpture Order Information

Our larger sizes in our sculpture collection are heavy (those over 100 pounds). Larger bronzes are normally delivered by freight to your office entrance or home driveway without lift gate (lift gate extra upon request).

As we do not calculate freight shipping online accurately on our large sculptures, you can pay for the freight shipping portion of your sculpture in one of two ways:

1. Contact Us before you place your order, providing your delivery address. We can use that to get a shipping quote and we’ll also see if we can get a more accurate delivery date based on your timing. Once you receive the shipping quote and agree to it, we can take your order, release it for processing, and schedule it in production if one is not in stock.

2. Place your order online before you have any shipping amount. Please understand that the shipping amount calculated online for large sculptures is approximate and may be higher or lower than the actual shipping. When we receive your order at Texas Crazy customer service, we will calculate the freight shipping amount and email you a copy of that estimate if it varies from the shipping amount calculated online. Once we have your approval for the freight amount (a reply to our email estimate is the preferred method to approve), we will release the order for processing, and schedule your sculpture in production if one is not in stock. Also, a separate charge will be prepared for the sculpture shipping amount, which you agree is to be paid prior to shipping.

Please be advised ALL SCULPTURES PURCHASED THROUGH TEXAS CRAZY ARE CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE ONCE A PRODUCTION REQUEST OF YOUR SCULPTURE HAS BEEN RELEASED TO PROCESSING, so please make your purchase carefully.

Placing an order by any means including online, email, or telephone acknowledges you understand and agree with this large sculpture order information which supplements our current sales agreement as referred to on our customer service page.
