All information and products on this website are intended to be pro-Texas and family friendly. The orientation of Texas Crazy is that all our website content is designed to be comfortably discussed at the dinner table with kids present. Please let us know if you think we fail to meet that standard at any time.

As you place an order or fill out the "contact us" forms you will see a gold "lock" on the status bar and "https" instead of "http" in the address window.

If you would rather mail your order to us, you may use our printable order form and enclose your check, money order or credit card information.

Online Payments- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. When you select the Paypal option, you can pay by Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal Balance, Paypal and Echeck (Echeck requires having an account at Paypal) from your bank checking or savings account. You may also order by check online and mail your check to the address listed on your email invoice.

Mailed Payments- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks and money orders.

Online Orders- We ship to postal addresses in the United States and International.

Mailed Orders- For your convenience orders may be sent to us using the printable order form enclosed with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card information, personal or business check, or money order..

APO / FPO Orders: before placing your order, please verify the items you wish to send meet Overseas Military Mail guidelines for your zip code listed here.

International orders: When placing orders international customers agree to pay all additional international postage to TexasCrazy by an additional transaction (calculated after we receive your order). Also, all order related international fees (customs, tariffs, taxes, etc.) due are to be paid by the customer directly to the authorized government collection agencies.

Texas Crazy uses what is called a "clickwrap" agreement as part of the order process. View the wording of our current agreement here.

How this works: before you confirm your order on-line or print out one of our order forms you will be asked to read and agree to the terms of sale for this transaction. The clickwrap agreement is for your protection as well as ours and we encourage you to read it, so that you will know how we plan to handle your order and also the areas that we are depending on you (accurate billing information, returns handling, your shipping preferences, etc.). While aspects of the order process may be mentioned in other places on the website, the customer agreement in use at the time of your order is considered the final reference.

We review orders for accuracy and normally confirm them after customer and order information is verified. In some cases we may contact you prior to order confirmation.

Unless stated in the product page description, our product prices include free ground shipping to locations in the US 48 states.

Additional charges do apply for HI, AK, APO/FPO and International orders. For those kinds of orders we'll let you know prior to shipping your order what extra charges will apply. Orders normally ship standard ground via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Be advised our desire is to ship your order as soon as possible, please refer to merchandise descriptions of individual products for items that may have extended ship times. Express delivery on some items may be available: additional fees apply (please contact us by email or phone for details).

Once an order has been shipped you will normally be sent the related tracking number by email.

We collect sales tax on all merchandise orders delivered to Texas addresses.

In accordance with Texas law, companies or individuals that wish to claim exemption from Sales or Use Tax on any Texas Crazy order delivered in Texas must send us a signed copy of one of the two certificates shown below:

Tax exempt orders may be mailed in as follows: select and fill in your information on the applicable certificate listed above. Then print out, sign and send the certificate to Texas Crazy with a copy of your completed printable order form and payment. We will process the order as soon as state certificate, order form and payment is received.

Tax exempt orders may be faxed in as well. Please contact us for details via email anytime or by phoning us in advance at Monday through Saturday
