The Roman Bronze Works began the original lost wax casting of The Rattlesnake in 1905. One of his more popular bronze statues, this
Frederic Remington fine art reproduction of that item known as The Rattlesnake captures an unsettling moment that may happen whenever you cross unfamiliar territory.
Also known as "Snake in the Path", a lone cowboy fights to keep his balance while the rearing horse shies from an upturned rattlesnake threatening to strike. Another important sculpture depicting the life in the early West from our
western bronze sculptures collection.

Like the original Remington sculptures, these western art reproductions are produced using the same lost wax casting method which is usually preferred to sand casting as it retains a closer resemblance to the artist original model.
