In "Lady of the Alamo- Her Name is Courage", Texas artist Sherry Steele depicts a woman praying and holding the ring of William Travis as she awaits the outcome of the final Texas Alamo battle. That lady was Susanna Dickinson, the only Anglo-Saxon to survive the battle of the Alamo.
